Measurement

How the work gets measured.

This practice is new, and this page will hold real client case studies once the first engagements have data worth publishing. Until then, here is how we measure results, so you know what you'd be looking at.

Baseline

Month zero: the grid scan

Before any work starts, we scan your map-pack position across a grid of points covering your service area, for each of your highest-value job types. The snapshot becomes the baseline. We check every later claim against it.

Cadence

Weekly scans, monthly reports

We re-scan the same grid weekly. The monthly report shows the trend by keyword and neighborhood, alongside review velocity, response times, and call volume from your profile.

Honesty rule

We report flat months as flat

Rankings depend partly on things nobody controls: proximity, competitor behavior, and Google's own updates. When a month is flat, the report says so and says what we're changing.

What a report contains

One page, plain English.

Every monthly report answers four questions: where do you rank, what changed since last month, what work we did, and what happens next. Grid maps replace jargon. If a number needs a definition, the definition sits next to it.

You'll never get a slide deck about impressions.

Founding client offer

Early clients get reduced monthly rates, locked for as long as they stay, in exchange for permission to publish their before-and-after grid data as a case study here.
